I love the story and the development of each character. Francesca may be frustrating at times but it was so worth it at the end. I wish the author added longer epilogues like the other books. I just wanted more and hate to leave to my imagination;)

Francesca’s story was heartbreaking at the beginning. The two major loses in her life seemed more than one person should be made to bear. Michael on the other hand suffered as badly as she did in his own devoted way. This was a lovely story however it seemed that it was a bit slow moving If I’m honest it may have been because Francesca drove me crazy being in denial and constantly running away. I was exhausted by the time I finally got to the Happy Ending.

I have been told this is not a popular opinion but this is my favorite novel in the series. The heartache, the pining, the development of their romantic arc...just everything was perfection.

This is probably my all-time favorite historical romance novel. They are both so compatible and have such chemistry. Love it!
